Piper Companies is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a healthcare services provider in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities for the Service Desk Technician:
  • Assist in setup/support of various Microsoft environment components
  • Provide remote support to 1,000+ users

Qualifications for the Service Desk Technician:
  • 5+ years in a Helpdesk or Service Desk support role
  • Win7 to Win10 upgrade experience
  • Experience with Windows imaging (Win7, WinXP, Win10)
  • Microsoft AD/0365 knowledge - a plus
  • Experienced in Tier 1/2 support
  • Experience with SCCM reloads
  • Ticketing experience: ServiceNow (preferred)

Compensation/Benefits for the Service Desk Technician:
  • $21/hr W2
