Piper Companies is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a healthcare services provider in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities for the Service Desk Technician:- Assist in setup/support of various Microsoft environment components
- Provide remote support to 1,000+ users
- 5+ years in a Helpdesk or Service Desk support role
- Win7 to Win10 upgrade experience
- Experience with Windows imaging (Win7, WinXP, Win10)
- Microsoft AD/0365 knowledge - a plus
- Experienced in Tier 1/2 support
- Experience with SCCM reloads
- Ticketing experience: ServiceNow (preferred)
- $21/hr W2
