Rate per Hour: $50.00 to $56.20

Responsibilities:

GRC Technical Contractor Support Skills, Success Factors and Risks Required Skills:

Skills associated with being a Developer / Analyst in Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, GRC

Experience with building and configuring custom solutions, templates and integrations with Jira Software and Confluence collaboration workspace

Must be well versed in design, development and configuration of SharePoint (without SharePoint Design Manager)

Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile frameworks and methods

Ability to drive solution, and implementation to enhance and support key business and technical processes

Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Strong automation workflow knowledge Preferred Skills o Knowledge of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance is a preferred

Knowledgeable in design, development and configuration

Contractor would be responsible for accomplishing the following objectives:

1. Assessment of current tools, processes and capabilities to provide design recommendations and proof of concept architecture and configuration for developing a Jira and Confluence governance and policy management platform

2. Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop conceptual model for Agile IT Governance, including:

Collaborative IT Policies and Standards management, including policy development processes, documentation, reviews, approvals and portfolio management

Development of customized and configurable workflow management, reviews, e-signature approvals and reporting

Documentation and approval workflows for noncompliance

Repository for portfolio of approved policies and standards

Exportable controls repository, controls lifecycle management workflow, and risk statement management (exportable to other systems)

3. Automates the processes and reporting, where possible

4. Ensures access to audit trail for changes and artifact statuses

5. Creates documentation that describes design options and new processes for the agile policy platform

6. Incorporates existing security requirements for user access, data classification, workspace management, compliance views and reporting

7. Contractor must be able to work in small teams and be comfortable with knowledge sharing, agile development methods and time-boxed sprints.

Risks:

Proof of concept system will require input and expertise that incorporates a scalable future-state vision. Supporting staff and subject matter experts will need to be available to ensure timely value delivery of the product.

Effective oversight, management and re-direction will need to be established

Collaboration with existing platform subject matter experts for Jira, Confluence and SharePoint platforms will need to be established
