pureIntegration is seeking a

Device Logistics Specialist to join our company as a W2 contract role supporting the equipment managment. The candidate will ideally possess a strong logistics background with a focus on

organization, inventory management, and customer service . They will be responsible for supporting our application partners' OTT device needs for the development of new and exciting third-party applications. This position will involve working closely with multiple teams of partner engineers, software engineers, device managers and testers within an agile development environment. More broadly, this will include being flexible and comfortable in a dynamic group where tasks or priorities may change rapidly.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Work Arrangement: Contract W2 hourly role, initial contract period through 12/31/2021 with possible extension for additional year.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end device provisioning process to support external OTT Partners in their development and onboarding needs. This involves fielding and clarifying device needs, fulfilling those device requests, tracking & communicating device shipments and guiding partners through device onboarding and setup/troubleshooting
  • Setup and configuration of partner development tools access & manage firmware via our ability to push non-production firmware and maintain multiple firmware flavors on partner devices
  • Collaboration with device management team to ensure timely setup and shipment of devices to worldwide partner offices and provision courtesy services where needed
  • Provide partner support for any hardware issues, failures, and tools access configurations
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the device footprint, device capabilities and -specs in order to field and answer hardware related questions from our partners
  • Ensure our apps partners have a smooth, friendly, efficient experience with partner development device onboarding
  • Responsible for detailed tracking of partner device information and tools configuration
  • Closely work with Partner Management on the testing and troubleshooting of apps to solve bugs and performance problems
Qualifications:
  • Strong project management and operations skills
  • 2-4 years of technical project management and ops experience
  • Good technical skills balanced with a strong bias for action
  • Analyze technical problems and their implications quickly and take appropriate action
  • Good analytical and observational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex tools & dev environments
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Hands on experience with Splunk or similar analytics tools is a strong plus
