- In parallel to your client focus, you will work to strengthen and constantly evolve our own internal Digital Business Transformation consulting operations as well as market offerings
- You will be based out of Philadelphia, PA and required to travel to client locations as needed
- 20+ years of strong consulting background with global organizations
- You have managed digital transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders
- Charismatic person with gravitas, liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Creative and logical thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and quick learner, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and colleagues in a well-structured and meaningful way
- Experience in working in a demanding, high achieving environment where making sense of ambiguity is the key to success
