What this role entails:  Plays the role of Team Lead of the GTN & DIA Engineering teams while working very closely with the Product Managers & BAs to transform business requirements into scalable & efficient design.Own & lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable web app (GTN) and data pipelines, extracts, & replications (DIA) for large and complex datasets (structured, semi-structured, unstructured).Build robust data integration and replication frameworks that integrate data from various source systems together in our Data Cloud for analytical purposes.Optimize pipeline performance, monitoring, and error-handling for reliability and cost-efficiency.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.).Support migration to modern cloud-native architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP/Azure).Document processes, system context, pipelines, and data flows for cross-team visibility.Collaborate with the other Team Leads & Architects on architecture and system design efforts.Write efficient, well-structured complex database queries and contribute to schema design discussions.
