Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director, Network Strategy, the Director, the Provider Network Solutions is responsible for ideation and supporting the development of the enterprise Provider Network Solutions function with a focus on optimizing total value of our network and the tools and process used to manage the network. The Director, Provider Network Solutions will also be involved with network research and planning, network strategy and analysis, project management and governance, reporting, and RFP/new business support. The Director, Provider Network Solutions will work with leadership of both vendors and provider partners, make presentations to the senior teams of the Health Plans and the ACFC Operating Committee and lead cross functional teams in the development and implementation of these programs. Education/ Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Business or health related disciplines such as Healthcare Administration or Healthcare management or equivalent business experience. Master's Degree preferred and 5 to 10 years job-related experience.
- 3 years Managed Care Provider Network experience to include in depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and contracting terms.
- 5 years management experience, managing teams and projects.
- Demonstrated ability working with leadership of vendors and provider partners, making presentations to senior leadership teams, and leading cross functional teams in the development and implementation of vendor programs .
- Experience implementing programs structured to achieve clinical, operational and organizational objectives through network solutions
