Job Description

As the eCommerce Coordinator you will supportall aspects of marketing planning and strategy through execution of channel messaging and tactics, both digital and offline.

You will primarily support the eCommerce sales channel, but also ensures brick and mortar messaging and sales are aligned. You will streamline the customer experience while assisting in analysis of key transactional and behavioral KPIs. As a result, you will work closely across the eComm and Omnichannel management team, but will also interact with our creative, content, and digital marketing channels under the Comoto family of brands.

You will be responsible for execution of a cross-brand marketing calendar by positioning products and collections on site to coincide with campaign launches. You will have a daily impact, ensuring messaging alignment based on overarching promotional planning and helping track the aforementioned KPIs. As the eCommerce Coordinator, your day-to-day will have you supporting the webstore and omnichannel shopping experience in the following ways:

Webstore Support:

  • Own maintaining of webstore merchandising, aligning on planning at least 4 weeks out, including major promotional events, and scheduling site merchandising assets in accordance to the site marketing calendar
  • Ownership of site design asset requests and approval as needed, adhering to marketing plan on site and ad hoc needs for promotional planning and/or site product development
  • QA for site merchandising, promotional aspects, and email creative assets, ensuring landing pages are aligned and updated when needed
  • Based on analysis, assist ecommerce management and other channel stakeholders in execution of segmentation and targeting opportunities
  • Assist in analysis and ad-hoc/regular reporting of individual assets and pages by placement and category and provide guidance/recommendations on future efforts accordingly

Omnichannel Support:

  • Assist in maintaining brand marketing calendar >3 months, including major promotional event execution and communication via Comoto-level calendar
  • Brainstorm, implement, and monitor messaging to support marketing objectives and maximize brand exposure in local and national markets.
  • Help ensure a cohesive brand look and feel and assist in providing design guidance where necessary
  • Assist in requests and alignment of in-store signage needs, coordinating with Store Support and Operations to lock in execution as needed

Qualifications

Our eCommerce Coordinator Has:

  • Familiarity of digital performance channels (SEO, SEM, eMail, etc)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools (e.g. Omniture)
  • Basic HTML knowledge and/or experience with a CMS tool
  • MS Office or Google Docs background
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
  • The ability to work well in a team environment with a high degree of independent thinking and self-responsibility.
  • Maintains the attitude that nothing is outside my job description
  • Understanding of the motorcycle industry and/or rider product knowledge (preferred)
