RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Field Service Engineer in Philadelphia, PA.
Key Tasks: Field Service Engineer performs on-site installations, break fix, customer training, and configuration of Company Large Format printing equipment Diagnose and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and workflow on customer sites As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform on-site customer training for the operation and proper maintenance of Company Large Format digital printing equipment Proactively and reactively look for solutions to prevent problems from occurring at customer sites Perform machine-specific calibrations on customer sites including voltage uniformity tests, color registration and print head calibration Field Service Engineers will educate customers on proper settings, file formats, etc. in graphics software for compatibility with Company Large Format printing equipment Analyze customer workflows and advise them on improvements that can be made to increase efficiency Field Service Engineers perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Company Large Format equipment Prepare weekly reports for management regarding visits to customer sites and work performed thereREQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
