- Experience of installation and testing of RAN / RF equipment in test lab with mandatory experience on Accuver/XCAL/QXDM equipment
- Experience with NR, gNB, Micro Cell architecture, protocols and call flow
- Develop test plans, testing processes, methodology, and tools to perform functional and performance testing
- Collect, analyze and present data to senior management.
- Lead internal lab and field test teams and collaborate with vendor teams to fulfill test objectives.
- Experience with Keysight Systems for Simulated Environments.
- Hands-on experience on network planning, design of 5G RAN (Radio Access Network)
- Work together, collaborate, Front facing with vendors, (Samsung, Keysight,) (Ericson, Nokia, Airspan)
