Help/Service Desk Technician Philadelphia, PAContract: $30-$37.50 per hour Our client is looking for a Help/Service Desk Technician for a 3+ month contract. You will help support the employees with laptop and mobile issues as well as help manage the systems and networks.Required Skills:- 5+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Tech Support experience
- SCCM, M 365, Teams, Active Directory
- Experience supporting computers and mobile devices
- Experience with both Windows and Apple products
- Some experience working with networks, switches, firewalls
