Job Description
AIR Communities is hiring a Housekeeper at our Center City Premier Community! Our Park Towne Place Premier Apartments are located in the Logan Square neighborhood of the Art District of Philadelphia, PA.As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for keeping our Luxury Apartments a great place for our residents to live.Great customer service help make our apartment communities a great place to live. Aimco believes that the appearance and maintenance operations of our apartment communities are one of the most reasons why our residents choose to call us home.
As a Housekeeper, you will be a part of our Maintenance Team. The Housekeeper works to ensure that offices, common areas, amenities, and other specified areas are kept clean, sanitary, sparkling, and in orderly condition. The Housekeeper must be able to comply with verbal and written instructions and guidelines.
As with all our positions, a Housekeeper is also a customer service position. The ideal candidate must be able to address the concerns and cleaning needs of a community in a friendly and professional manner. A Housekeeper must have good organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and attention to details both in their work and when communicating with our residents.
Qualifications
Is this the right position for you?The ideal candidate may not necessarily have previous apartment experience. However, a Housekeeper should have some general cleaning/custodial experience and be comfortable working in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Also, successful Housekeepers are always prepared for physical activity. The Housekeeper must be able and willing to move around the community grounds, push/pull up to 20 lbs frequently, lift/carry up to 25 lbs occasionally, able to climb flights of stairs and utilize a vacuum cleaner and mop.

Per CBA: Standard UnionRate for Housekeeper will be $16.15 per hour.The benefits included with this position are based off the Collective Bargaining Agreement standards.
