As an ICI Coordinator within PNC's ATM Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA.

As a full time ICI Coordinator within PNC's ATM Retail Bank organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA. Your primary responsibility will be the daily monitoring troubleshooting of Instant Card Issuance machines.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Primary operational and support function for the ICIs in assigned territory.Resolving Help Desk incidents from branches on down units.Assisting Branch personnel with First Line Maintenance for resolution.Dispatches technicians to troubleshoot and repair out-of-order equipment.Analyzes service problems and guides technicians in methods of problem resolution.Serves as point of contact for internal and external customers as required to meet business objectives.Administers a schedule for routine preventive maintenance.Controls process of installations with vendor / deinstallation process as part of Loss Prevention standards and procedures.

Job Description

  • Coordinates assigned Branch and Off-Site ATM machines to provide maximum availability and functionality and meet business objectives. Primary operational and support function for the ATMs in assigned territory.
  • Dispatches technicians to troubleshoot and repair out-of-order equipment.
  • Analyzes service problems and guides technicians in methods of problem resolution.
  • Serves as point of contact for internal an external customers as required to meet business objectives.
  • Administers a schedule for routine preventive maintenance.

Competencies

ATM (TBF) – Knowledge of ATM systems and sub-systems and ability to use them for delivery of services to internal and external clients.

ATM Services – Knowledge of and ability to perform retail banking transaction processing and related services through Automated Teller Machines (ATM).

Branch Banking Systems – Knowledge of and ability to use the applications and technology infrastructure in a bank to support branch banking.

Equipment Servicing – Knowledge of and ability to install and repair equipment and components, and perform routine and preventive maintenance.

Operational Functions – Knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Products and Services – Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Service Request Management Process – Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests.

Standard Operating Procedures – Knowledge of and ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
