The J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments Solution Engineer Associate position is a high-profile opportunity for driven candidates displaying curiosity and persistence in achieving their goals. As part of J.P. Morgan's Healthcare Payments Product organization, Solution Engineers are responsible for understanding customer architecture, challenges, and priorities to determine solution fit and define a secure, scalable implementation approach that meets customer requirements. J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments includes InstaMed, a wholly-owned subsidiary and healthcare-focused fintech.The Solution Engineer Associate is responsible for demonstrating technical, market, and product expertise and for generating the project charter to establish consensus and transition smoothly from sales into project execution. A superior ability to understand people and organizations is required to deliver effective solutions to the problems faced in today's healthcare payments industry.Essential Functions:Effectively articulate current state industry problems, inefficiencies, and user experience across payer, provider, and consumer constituents

Evangelize how J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments people, process, and technology solve complex healthcare payments problems across environments for stakeholders at all levels of the customer's organization

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with J.P. Morgan deal teams

Guide customer expectations to implement solution features using best practices and industry experience through project chartering process as a lead-in to implementation

Work closely with sales, implementation, and product teams within J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments and more broadly across the Firm to develop and align on solution design that meets customer business and technical requirements

Analyze and deliver customer-sponsored product change requests via statement of work process

Support on-site customer sales meetings as required, up to 20%

Perform any other duties as applicable to the position

Qualifications:5 years of experience in healthcare or payments industry in a consulting, product delivery, or enterprise implementation role

Knowledge of patient accounting systems, revenue cycle solutions, or claims management systems a plus

Excellent analytical strategic thinking and communication skills

Demonstrated curiosity and tenacity for solving complex business problems through technology

Effective at managing expectations, time, priorities and getting things done

Bachelor's degree or higher
