IT Help Desk - Entry Level and Experienced - remote 3 days

Our client in Philadelphia is looking for 3 Help Desk Analysts to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This person will be required to work on site during their initial training period of 2-3 weeks and then after that period - they will be working in office 2 days per week in office and at home 3 days per week.

The client requires that the successful candidate provides proof of COVID vaccination, subject to the need for religious or disability accommodation to the extent required by law.Position Description:
  • Answering phone calls (typically around 100 calls per week)
  • Responding to emails
  • Working with various users
  • Shift: 10am - 7pm.
Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to all users
  • Willingness to learn and be highly involved
  • Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
  • Responsive/honest
  • They are open to someone with no previous help desk experience if they have strong communication/customer service skills. There are several positions available and the client is looking for a mix of skill levels.
