RESPONSIBILITIES:· Maintain the lab for the NSA team – Rack, stack and configure network and other devices.· Develop test cases for network designs for various customers and document.· Build out any new areas of lab space and connectivity.· Help design new customer networks for client Business.· Maintain awareness and curiosity in trends for our usage data and critical metrics (high-level reach/frequency/engagement metrics should be top of mind)· Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.· Nice to have: Develop and run QA Automation for all client Business products in the NSA team labs.

QUALIFICATIONS:· 5+ years of experience as Network Engineer dealing with routing, switching, designing & testing of networks.· Experience with Cisco, Juniper and Versa as top vendors.· Also Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Arista and others· Experience with connecting to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Zscaler, and others· Experience with IXIA and Spirent platforms· Experience testing and automating various types of network-based tests, including network performance, device performance, security performance and feature testing, Voice over IP testing,· Understanding of TCP/IP Networking, WiFi and VoIP· Knowledge in server visualization platforms like VMware, OpenStack, AWS, HyperV· Knowledge with device serial out-of-band (OOB) connectivity, such as with OpenGear· Comfortable working in a variety of tech stacks· You're proactive, ambitious and quick to take action, while also open to new ideas. You recognize when you're wrong and move past your own mistakes.· You enjoy knowing the latest with technology and continually strive to be better at your craft.· Excellent communicator, able to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues and technologies understandably and engagingly.· Team player is a must.· Great design and problem-solving skills· Adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.· Attention to detail and high level of commitment.· Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment.
