Job Description

As our first ever Loyalty Coordinator you will support all aspects of the Riders Plus Membership (RPM) program and its ever-growing roadmap. The program spans across the Comoto Family of Brands and touches all areas of the business.

You will report directly to the Loyalty Manager and will be an integral part of the Retention Marketing team by continuously evolving the customer experience while assisting in analysis of key transactional and behavioral KPIs. In your role, you will work closely with stakeholders from retention marketing, digital marketing, eComm, stores, customer service, tech, business intelligence, events, creative, content, and user experience under the Comoto Family of Brands, and will occasionally collaborate and meet with third party vendors and partners.

Qualifications

Our Loyalty Coordinator Will:

  • Assist in developing the promotional marketing strategy of RPM with a focus on new member acquisition and member retention
  • Collaborate with all marketing stakeholders and manage design tickets for loyalty marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and update RPM site placements as needed and maintain view of additional marketing channel support to ensure alignment on campaign expectations
  • Provide insight, thoughts, and feedback on A/B testing for user experience and will make suggestions for improvement based on findings
  • Manage a close working relationship with the RPM Customer Service Concierge and tech teams, staying on top of recurring questions and maintaining optimal customer experience
  • Curate and collaborate to provide documentation, how-to’s, and visibility on RPM new internal trainings and campaigns
  • Be aware of core program KPIs and trends to make recommendations for program strategy based on member behaviors and program analysis
  • Research other retail loyalty programs and industry trends regularly
  • Assist the Events and Business Development team in curating member exclusive event experiences

Our Loyalty Coordinator Has:

  • At least 2+ Years of Loyalty/Retail Marketing Experience where you have used your customer-centric mindset to creatively problem solve while curating marketing strategies based on data and research
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) which translate to ability to manage relationships across many teams with colleagues at every level of the business
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Qlik
  • Experience using JIRA or similar ticketing systems
  • Basic HTML knowledge and/or experience with CMS tool as well as a basic knowledge of SQL. Must also have a willingness to learn new tools and work in multiple systems day-to-day.
  • Understanding of the motorcycle industry and/or rider product knowledge a bonus
  • MS Office or Google Docs background
