Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Operator to join a well-established biopharmaceutical company in the Essington, PA.
This is a direc hire position for 8 hour shifts. Responsibilities:- Corrective and preventative maintenance of mechanical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
- Electrical work involving pull wires (circuits, outlets, etc) and troubleshooting motor controls.
- Maintain HVAC systems, vendors, boiler systems, and scheduling of maintenance work.
- 3+ years hands on experience with maintenance of production equipment and GMP production suites
- Strong background with electrical work is a must; Experience with HVAC is a plus.
- Experience with PLC programming and BMS (business management system) is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience with maintenance of autoclaves, chillers, boilers, pumps, and piping.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
- Compensation: $40,000-50,000, based on previous salary history and experience
