Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Leads cross functional teams and projects related to HR initiatives that impact all aspects of the business or function

Responsible for creating the data and analytics strategy across Cable HQ and Corporate HR (in partnership with the COEs). Reviews and reports on HR and employee data, business trends and results to help build business strategy. Reconciles findings with business requirement specifications, designs, and plans.

Recommends and implements workflow processes improvements across the HR team.Develops processes and procedures to drive efficiencies.

Supports and executes HQ and Corporate projects and initiatives.

Serves as compensation lead

Responsible for leading, innovating and coordinating all annual processes including merit, annual performance management process and talent management process.

Coordinates mandatory compliance of standard HR initiatives (YourVoice, eNPS, handbook acknowledgments, Mandatory Training)

Operates HRIS system to maintain appropriate data integrity (Roster and PersAdmin audits, employee changes, etc.) Acts as an HRIS Subject Matter Expert for Human Resources Business Partners.

Coordinates participation in leadership development programs.

Prepares presentations and other informational documents in support of business/function HR plans.

Ensures compliance to state and federal labor and wage and hour programs and regional lead on internal/external audits

Brings forward innovative ideas based on data analysis including internal and external benchmarking
