A UX Researcher is wanted by top producing organization to join their international Product team. The company's Intellectual Property Division offers patent tools and products. Ten individuals make up the Product group as a whole, who are dispersed across UX and Product in the US and Europe. This is a Contract-to-hire position starting at 3-6 months and 100% remote. As a UX researcher, you will work alongside a colleague in Germany to implement a variety of qualitative research approaches and communicate directly with clients and customers in order to gain knowledge about the business and deftly reinvent its products. In this position, you will also present your research findings to important stakeholders in order to guide future projects. Contract Duration: 3 - 6 Months Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience as a researcher
- Experience using tools such as Qualtrics, Miro
- SaaS experience
- Presents research learnings to stakeholders to guide future projects.
- Conduct frequent user testing of design work in collaboration with the UX Design team.
- Actively use data to establish important project metrics
- Qualitative and Quantitative research methods
- Prior experience with research studies and presenting data
- Ability to problem solve
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
