Our client in is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team. This is a permanent role by way of contract to hire.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career and work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Description:

  • Setting up servers (Windows)
  • Providing network infrastructure support
  • Setting up serves and running diagnostics
  • Will not be doing end user support
  • Supporting entire enterprise network (50 servers, 500 employees)
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with lots of work
Required Skills:

  • 5+years' experience network engineer/server engineer working in fast paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft software and technologies
  • Experience working with Cisco switches and firewalls
  • Experience with VPN, voice over IP (VOIP)
  • Experience with backing up technology
  • Experience with DNS, Active Directory
  • Experience Hyper V (currently using internally)
  • Experience with VMWare (currently using in data center)
  • Network Attached Storage (NAS) experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with IT team
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019 required.
Bonus:

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • SD-WAN
