There's room to grow as a budding entrepreneur. We are looking for a Program Analyst to join North Highland in support of both the Product Team and Strategic Partner Programs Team. The successful candidate will work closely with and support leadership with managing the daily operations and administrative processes of these teams. To be successful as a Program Analyst, you should be able to provide expert guidance to optimize systems, procedures, and processes, evaluate operational and program effectiveness and develop solutions to make improvements or address performance issues. An outstanding Program Analyst should have strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Exciting work you will do:
  • Partner Programs
    • Coordinates meetings with key stakeholders across functions, including Portfolio & Industry Leaders, DE&I, Management Consulting & Strategy Leaders, Sales Enablement, Legal, Resource Management & Talent Acquisition, and Finance
    • Manages and maintains master partner database, including relevant partner information and documents
    • Optimizes the functionality of the partner database to ensure users are able to easily search, identify, and engage with existing partners
    • Collects and analyzes data and generates reports that offer insights into partner use and performance, including partner spend, business plans & KPI progress, and vendor performance
    • Works with Relationship Managers to define and monitor KPIs for Strategic Partners
    • Supports Partner Programs Product Owner with on-boarding new partners
    • Updates partner-related sales material, quals, thought leadership, and rates on the firm intranet and ensures all material shared with partners adheres to North Highland's branding guidelines
    • Supports account teams who wish to leverage partners by initiating the appropriate processes with Legal and Talent Acquisition
    • Escalates partner related issues to Partner Programs Product Owner
    • Acts as an internal champion for Strategic partners, promoting the value these partnerships bring to our clients and firm
  • Product Team
    • Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
    • Determining program requirements and making recommendations.
    • Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these.
    • Assisting leadership with the development, maintenance, and tracking of schedules and roadmaps
    • Assisting leadership tracking and reporting on product related metrics
    • Assessing and advising on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance.
    • Advising program managers with regard to planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
    • Identifying and resolving issues and problems.
    • Planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operations and programs.
    • Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations.

What you will need

:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems.
  • Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Works independently to manage time and balance priorities successfully
