- Confident PM with a take charge attitude that is resourceful and has successfully driven projects to completion. The ability to ask the intelligent project necessary questions that can prompt discussions towards the project goals. Experience in working across many different business areas and stakeholders. Be a very good listener and understand the needs of the project owner. Understanding projects with the importance of sending out accurate and timely information to our members. Excellent communication skills are required for this role. Healthcare experience is not required but can be move the candidate to the top of the list. Must have solid project management experience and skillset. Must be adaptable to priorities and quick turnaround for project demands.
