- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions
- Document all problems and assists in their resolution.
- Deliver quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
- Perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.
- Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
- Attend Software Development Scrum meetings and reporting on status of work (daily or weekly basis).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce custom applications.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with test Automation, Selenium / Java.
- 5+years of hand-on experience with API testing with Postman.
- Hands-on experience with Databases, SQL query writing.
- Experience working in finance domain specifically in following modules: inventory management, bill of materials, invoicing, purchase orders etc. – A BIG PLUS
- A big plus is APEX coding language skills.
- Solid understanding of test frameworks and CI/CD tools.
