Job Description
As a Certified Scrum Master, you haveworked on a scrum team for a few years or have experience as a Scrum Master for at least one year. You have the ability to think fast to help solve problems. The communication expertise you wield brings teams together, builds bridges, and transparency for the Scrum team. Through the use of Scrum practices, Agile games, and servant leadership you eliminate impediments while coaching teams to improve delivery and processes.
Qualifications
Our Scrum Master Will:
- Be a self-manager who coaches and supports teams to be self-managing
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and the chosen scrum practice
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction through the delivery of value
- Manage impediments that prevent the team from achieving the Sprint Goal and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Recognize healthy team conflict and promote constructive disagreement
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead while providing education as needed
Our Scrum Master Has:
- A Scrum Master Certification
- Prior experience on a scrum team
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
