Do you have experience managing multiple aspects of an IT security system? Can you design, implement, and monitor highly secured systems across the enterprise? This mid-sized investment firm based in Philadelphia looking for a security engineer 2 days a week in the office. You would be joining a fairly small team of about 15 security/IT professionals. In this role you will work on securing sensitive customer data, and building out infrastructure, and network security controls in accordance with the appropriate frameworks. The right candidate for this role will have 5+ years of experience in a general blue role, as well as a bachelor or master's degree in a related field of study. They should have experience with planning and implementing different security models in on prem and cloud environments. They must incorporate important controls in compliance with NIST framework. The best person for this role will be a mile wide and an inch deep. They should know a little bit about everything including SIEMs, vulnerability management, DLP, firewalls, email filtering, some Azure, GRC, some programming, and should keep up with the everchanging landscape of cyber threats.
