Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements and work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Develop training and demonstration material to internal and external audiences.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of Business Process and Analysis experience

Minimum of 3 years' of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog

Agile methodology knowledge

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Racking up those air miles will have to wait, as weekly non-essential travel to client sites Monday through Thursday is currently suspended. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Foundation Certified i.e., ITIL V1, ITIL V2, ITIL V3

ServiceNow System Administration Certified

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified

ServiceNow Developer Certified

ATP Trainer Certified a Plus

Professional Skill Requirements:Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and management skills.
