Location: Philadelphia, PA JOB DESCRIPTION:10+ year SQL Developer - contract to hire-Looking for a strong SQL developer with experience in large data warehouse environment preferably with some cloud experience (not mandatory). I am not necessarily looking for SQL Server, it could be other RDBMS like Oracle, BQ, Snowflake etc.This is a contract to hire positionExperience in Teradata or Google Big Query is an added advantage.Expert level SQL Developer with 10+ years of experience and strong understanding in ETL, Datawarehouse Concepts and strong in writing Advanced SQLExpert level knowledge in designing highly efficient solutionsExperienced in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and Support of Data Warehousing and Data Integration Solutions using Teradata or Google Big QueryAble to solve complex problems and ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines as requiredStrong ETL Background ( Data Extraction , Transformation and loading in target from heterogeneous Sources )Good Understanding On Teradata Architecture or Google Big QueryExpertise in Query optimization and Performance tuning techniquesGood in understanding the requirements and propose design solutions and able to work independentlyExpertise in Data Analysis, troubleshooting of issues and providing solution to complex applicationsStrong Hands-on experience in Advanced SQLData Profiling and Data modelling KnowledgeUNIX Shell scripting KnowledgeGood verbal and written communication skillsShould be good at communicating with Biz Teams/ClientsIs self-motivated to take initiatives and thrive in an ambiguous work environmentDemonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure with a high degree of flexibilityMust be able to understand data models and business logic in a short span of time
