As Senior Manager, People Measurement & Insights, you will help build the reporting and analytical capabilities of our function, which will augment talent and learning strategy and human capital decision-making across the Comcast Enterprise. You will be instrumental from infrastructure to analysis in helping Comcasters reach their fullest potential as well as drive empirically oriented operational and business efficiencies within the Talent & Learning organization.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesServe as subject matter expert on current HR reporting capabilities in Workday

Partner across stakeholder groups (Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, COE's, and HRIT) to design and develop value-added reporting for business partners

Help design, develop, and implement Talent & Learning data governance standards (in harmony with HRIT and COE's)

Continuously review current reporting ecosystem and stakeholder needs to advocate for process improvements and operational excellence

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, results-oriented working relationships with internal partners

Keep a pulse on external market activity (Talent, L&D, HR, and analytics) to identify opportunities as appropriate
