Knowledge of different Wi-Fi Testing setups such as OctoScope (Spirent), Cre-Cre and Candela for their troubleshooting is desirable
Familiarity with DOCSIS cable modem troubleshooting
Knowledge of basic Wi-Fi functionality
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Packet capture knowledge
