Partner with internal teams within the organizations to build and deliver analytics projects to support business strategy. 2. Leverage partnership with multiple internal( data ingestion, recon, mis, platform , operations etc) and external stakeholders to ensure best practices and lessons learned. 3. Responsible for identifying complex problems and developing and deploying novel prototypes and algorithms to solve them. Improves accuracy and functionality of algorithms and understands the overall implications of the entire machine learning frameworks. 4. Working closely with other engineers and design teams to implement and iterate on features 5. Lead the ML team to develop and release features end-to-end, optimizing for quality and speed of execution. 6. Develop roadmaps to support planning and execution for a team of analysts and functional business partners in an efficient and scalable manner. 7. Designs and implements end-to-end solutions using optimization and other advanced computer science technologies and owns live deployments. Aggregates huge amounts of data and information from large numbers of sources to discover patterns and features necessary to automate analytical models. 8. Own the approach (business, organizational, technical) and ultimate success around specific AI/ML projects 9. Excellent grasp of applied statistics and machine learning algorithms, experience in methodologies for regression, classification, clustering, and causality 10. A strong use case orientation with a passion around detecting high-impact, repeatable solutions and iteratively deploying them into the enterprise 11. Architecting Big Data systems, pipelines and data processing including ETLs, BIs, and Data Analytics Qualifications: At least 8+ years of experience architecting and implementing auto AI/ML tools that can accelerate development preferably with Spark ML , Java & Scala. At least 4+ years of experience with Java particularly within the data space Required Technical Skills: Master / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Data Science, 5+ years of experience building data science-driven solutions to solve business problems, preferably within the telecom domain Minimum 5+ years leading end-to-end (scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring) implementation of AI/ML solutions that drive significant business benefit. 3+ years of data science experience querying databases (SQL), and visualizing and analyzing results 2+ years of experience in visualizing the data through Tableau / ThoughtSpot Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop ecosystem Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively across all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical Experience leading a team of data scientists and defining the strategy for success. Strong understanding of Agile principles and best practices Additional Requirements: Practical experience with statistical data analysis and experimental design Good experience writing complex SQL and ETL processes Experience working with large data volumes, including processing, transforming and transporting large-scale data Demonstrated ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds Interest in problems related to the telecom services domain Good working knowledge of NoSQL DB MongoDB preferably / Cassandra / Graph Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Good Experience building reusable frameworks. Experience working in an Agile Team environment.
