We’re looking for cooks who have experience working quickly with a small team.
Our shop is a busy neighborhood cafe that specializes in fast casual dining and putting out quality food to a core group of excited customers.
Ideal applicants will have experience in environment’s similar in make up to a FOOD TRUCK (tight quarters, neatly organized, customer facing).
All wages will be backed by a guaranteed minimum ($19/hr) with usual compensation surpassing that by a decent margin.

Applicants with excellent team management and preparation skills will have the opportunity to make proportionally more depending on the opportunity filled.
We are looking for cooks who are familiar with high volume but COMPACT environments. We’re a small staff who work closely together and share many responsibilities across each department.
Ability to maintain a neat work station and communicate concisely and expediently are a most.
Prior service and/or coffee experience is a huge plus.
Base wage is dependent on experience, however they start at around $15-$18/hr + TIPS ($19/hr WILL ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED)
extra compensation will be given to those with excellent knife skills, efficient in prepping and SERVSAFE MANAGER CERTIFICATE.
