Prep Cook/ Counter Person/(Female)

Looking for "Experienced" Prep Cook, Counter person and dishwasher for (Commercial kitchen) in take out restaurant located in West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. Responsibilities include but not limited to: setting a line,cooking temps for different types of meats, food trays and use of Deep Fryers, ovens, warmers etc., Customer service skills with greeting customers, taking food orders, preparing food platters, keeping the line clean and presentable. "DEPENDABILITY" is a MUST, frequent Call outs will NOT be accepted Looking for someone capable of working Independently with little to no instruction or supervision. HOURS are: Thursday thru Sunday 11am till 8:00pm, Wednesday is Prep day and the hours are typically 2pm to 6pm. Must be able handling and lifting heavy food trays, cooking pots, etc,. Able to start "ASAP" Starting pay rate is $17 an hour dependent on experience and skill set, pay is bi weekly.
