A premier provider of restoration and reconstruction consulting, construction management, dispute resolution, and other advisory services for insurance companies. Our professionals are first on the field following all major disasters, stationed throughout the U.S. with varying work disciplines representing industry-leading talent across construction management, engineering, analysis and estimates, planning and scheduling, cost controller, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) specialists.

As a Senior Building Consultant, your role is to facilitate the claims resolution process for diverse and complex catastrophe, liability, and builders risk losses. You will work both independently and with a team to provide construction advisory, project management, and dispute resolution services. Ideal candidates demonstrate a desire to learn and improve on the methods exercised by our client, a self-driven and independent work ethic, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to produce exceptional results under strict deadlines.

Position Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):

Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, financing, and/or relevant fields (preferred but not required)

5+ years minimum professional work experience in construction management, engineering, insurance, restoration, and/or relevant fields

Xactimate proficiency

Microsoft Office application proficiencies (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications:

Industry relevant degrees, certifications, or registrations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills

Strong project management, leadership, and/or training skills

Willingness to travel out of state and overnight as needed

Able to work in high tension, fast-paced environments

Able to multitask with a high level of attention to detail

Able to consistently deliver quality work within set timeframes
