Need associates for 2 positions:
Customer Support Representative:
Must have 5 plus years of experience dealing with online customers, receive customer phone and emails, taking phone orders, manage inventory, list products on our website. Manage products, create products and support shipping personnel.
Warehouse Associate:
Is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
Duties include:
Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
Processsing orders (pick, and pack)
Loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.
Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
People living near the location (Bristol, Lavittown) will be given preferene.
