Executive Administrative/Personal Assistant (Narberth, PA) - FULL TIME
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus bonus, paid time off, health, dental, vision and 401k
This position is working for the chief executive of our company. You will report directly to our principal for all matters that in which he is involved, including professional and personal. Quickbooks experience is necessary for this position.
We are a small consulting firm with 30 people. We also own restaurants, quick service retail stores, and a portfolio of residential and commercial properties (experience using Arbnb and VRBO is a plus but not required). Additionally, we are developing other properties from their current uses. There are multiple construction projects in various stages including restaurants, office space, and apartment buildings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative/Personal Assistant event planning, shipping/receiving, meeting minutes, errands, scheduling, filing, data entry, payroll, banking, bill paying, reconciliation, and reporting
Building Maintenance may be required to complete basic maintenance and/or repairs yourself or price and coordinate contractors for more complicated issues
Real Estate Advertise and show available properties, confirm rental application data and check references, perform leasing activities such as reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements, ensure proper maintenance of properties, provide excellent customer service to tenants
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
3-5 years experience
Must have own reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

2. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
3. Consistently meets deadlines and works well under pressure
4. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
5. Some knowledge of Peachtree or QuickBooks preferred
6. Must be hands-on, energetic, ambitious, creative, and take initiative
7. Some evening or weekend hours may be required
8. Property management/construction knowledge a plus
9. Social media marketing experience required
