Piper Companies is looking for a Senior IT Manager for a leading Pharmaceutical organization in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities for the Senior IT Manager include: • You will work closely across all functional areas and the managed services provider to align needs, provide recommendations for software, hardware and training across the company while working with Quality, Research, Translational Medicine, Development, Manufacturing as well as business operational groups such as Finance, Business Development and the People Team to ensure that computer systems are optimally aligned and that they meet the business needs Qualifications for the Senior IT Manager include: • At least 5 years of experience managing an organization's IT environment strategy o Preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry • Hands-on experience in the implementation of integrated systems and processes in accordance with strategic requirements and existing business needs • Experience developing and establishing IT procedures and policies adhering to clinical quality standards, applicable regulations, and guidelines in collaboration with the appropriate functional groups • Experience providing guidance for troubleshooting in collaboration with the MSP • Ability to provide training for computer systems and security • Ability to define the strategic direction of the Information Security and Network Operations • Proven experience in administration of on-site IT needs, including both hardware and software support in conjunction with out MSP • Experience in budget management for IT-related hardware and software groups throughout an organization • Bachelor's Degree required Compensation for the Senior IT Manager: • Salary up to 165K with great bonuses! • Direct-Hire opportunity • Comprehensive Medical benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Keywords: IT Manager, CIO, CTO, Vendor Management, MSP, service provider management, information systems manager, IT services, infrastructure, applications, software, hardware, systems integration, systems implementations, budgeting, Quality, Research, Translational Medicine, Development, Manufacturing, GMP, GxP, pharmaceutical, policy, policies, recommendations, researchers, scientists, LIMS, manufacturing systems, clinical data, IT support, Digital system integration, ERP, ERP Implementation, Oracle, Cyber Security, Hardware, Asset Management Interface, Software Management Area , Cloud Computing, Cloud Hosting, Data SolutionsVacancy expired!
