365 DNA Testing Office Offers our Medical Representatives a Pay Structure
BASE PAY + COMMISSION + INCENTIVE BONUS + 24 PAID DAYS OFF YEARLY
MAKE $70,000 PLUS YEARLY! PAID WEEKLY!
We offer a Base Pay of $20,000
Commission:
1. APPOINTMENTS THAT WE MAKE FOR YOU $25.00 MINIMUM OF 5 PER WEEK
2. NON APPOINTMENTS $75.00
SIGN ON BONUS $1,000.00 PAID IN YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT OF THE 90TH DAY OF EMPLOYMENT. YOU MUST MAKE ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS DURING YOUR PROBATION PERIOD OF THE FIRST 90 DAYS.
PAID VACATION DAYS 2 DAYS A MONTH AFTER YOUR 90TH DAY OF EMPLOYMENT
INCENTIVE BONUS $10.00 PER QUALIFIED AND APPROVED APPOINTMENTS. QUALIFIER MINIMUM OF 5 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS PER WEEK, AND 10 MINIMUM NON APPOINTMENTS PER WEEK.
PROBATION PERIOD FIRST 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
The commission pay will be paid for each qualified and approved screening swab. All Appointments that we send you on are qualified and aproved appointments.
WE PAY VIA DIRECT DEPOSIT WEEKLY.
REQUIREMENTS You must:
Receive HIPAA Certification for we will be providing a medical intake.
Prepare a 90 Day 12 Week Marketing Action Plan
Go through our Training
Will need internet to submit medical intake you will be doing from participants home. Smart phone, tablet or lap top will be acceptable. Verification of insurance, medical intake, verification recording and self-administered screening combined should take no longer than 20-30 minutes.
Will need cell phone/tablet to submit pictures of participants ID and Medicare card along with a brief recording to verify the patients info is true and accurate. This is scripted.
Provided testing mouth swab and instruct patient on how to self-administer
Collect swab sample and return to it to our office.
Our goal is to reach out to people who can take advantage of this informative testing at no cost. You must also find your own participants without an appointment provided to you.
No experience is necessary.
Full training will be provided
Must have reliable transportation
VERY helpful if you have a warm network to start to go after low hanging fruit!
MUST BE ABLE to attend health fairs, county fairs, etc. or willing to set up your own events.
MUST go on the appointments our office sets up for you.
MUST BE ABLE TO START IN AUGUST 2019

(Doctors are not legally allowed to profit directly from testing but YOU can work with these Doctors and administer the test allowing the Doctor to benefit from the initial office appointment and the follow-up.)
