Yoh Staffing Services is seeking an

IT Recruiter to support our clients in the Life Science vertical. This is an opportunity to work remote or out of one of our office locations. As an IT Recruiter, you will be the key element that connects job-seekers with companies in need of top talent. You will build lasting relationships and drive talent engagement throughout the placement process. We are looking for candidates driven to succeed and willing to go the extra mile for success. Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit IT professionals to support the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Food Industries.
  • Primary focus on Software Engineers, Data Programmers, Bioinformatics.
  • Create and manage talent pipelines across multiple geographies.
  • Support high volume vendor neutral life sciences accounts.
  • Build relationships with MSP's.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active and passive candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Meet and exceed financial and activity based metrics.

Recruiter Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet search techniques.

Preferred Experience:
  • High Volume recruiting experience, preferably in a vendor neutral space.
  • Proven success in recruiting IT professionals.
  • Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet recruiting tools.
