- Source and recruit IT professionals to support the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Food Industries.
- Primary focus on Software Engineers, Data Programmers, Bioinformatics.
- Create and manage talent pipelines across multiple geographies.
- Support high volume vendor neutral life sciences accounts.
- Build relationships with MSP's.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active and passive candidates.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
