Junior

Technical Product Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing post-sales technical product support In order to be successful in this role, the candidate must combine existing business judgement with a proactive attitude. As such, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with strong attention to detail, technical acumen and expertise, and a record of prior success as part of a team. Delivering flawless and timely execution is a critical component of the product's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing customers' business needs and developing technical requirements, preparing technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs), configuring integrated solutions to meet customer needs and implementing client solutions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between customer's technical staff and the enterprise's development/engineering organization.
  • Serves as technical consultant to the sales team and must have a broad knowledge of multiple computer environments, platforms and technologies and in-depth knowledge of the enterprise's products

Job Location: Philadelphia, PA (currently remote)

Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years in technology/IT based products/projects in a support or product engineering role.
  • Analyze Software Problems, Analyze software problems, presenting key findings to management
  • Experience in Unix Shell Scripting and SQL.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements, manage deadlines and KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Product)
