PureIntegration is seeking an Information Technology Software Developer (GoLang, CI/CD, Git) II who will be responsible for building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. GoLang developer responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems. Location: Philadelphia, PAWork Arrangement: Contract W2 hourly role, initial contract period through 12/31/2021 with possible extension for additional year.Work Authorization: GC & USCIT Only. We Do Not Sponsor H1B Visas, or C2CResponsibilities:- Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software.
- Oversees testing and develops fixes.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements that will deliver enhanced functionality and/or simplify system administration. Facilitate and develop plans for application changes (including defects fixes, enhancements and/or configuration changes).
- Configure and test changes to system including reports, security access, and workflow. Perform/Coordinate configuration changes to the production environment.
- Work closely with QA team members to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested.
- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Must have Full life-cycle experience in software development.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Developer GoLang, CI/CD, Git, and Shell Scripting.
- Experienced mentor with the ability to work in a collaborative environment and coach other team members on coding practices, design principles, and implementation patterns that lead to high-quality maintainable solutions.
- Must be able to write clean, reliable, adequately tested code.
- The talent can think through all the steps required to develop the components of secure code, and does not need hand holding
- Effective communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, lead by example, have a strong work ethic and sense of duty in your work, strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in GoLang development
- Experience building Concourse CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working on gRPC using Protocol buffer and Shell Scripting
- Hands-on with Terraform and Git/Github
- Node js is a Nice to have skill
