Requirements:
Proven ability to build premium decks with clean finishes, tight lines, and proper structure
Proof General Liability insurance required
Must know residential deck code inside and out
No company-branded trucks or trailers on site
Crew must be professional, respectful, and well-presented with homeowners
At least one English-speaking crew member on every job
Maintain a clean and organized work site
No smoking on any job site
