An established Mold Inspection company is looking to add another member to our team. Mostly Philly but willing/able to travel to Wilmington and beyond.
If you are already a certified mold inspector (and/or state licensed), that would be ideal, however it is not that common to find so we are willing to train the right individual. We have had success bringing on people who have experience with water damage restoration, mold remediation / removal, asbestos abatement, home inspectors, insurance adjusters, real estate / realtors, and people with general construction experience.
We provide booked appointments, and although this will be an independent contractor position, it is flexible hours with great pay. The minimum pay is $120 per inspection (takes roughly an hour each, with some flexibility depending on the size of the building and the mold / water problems detected), and pay goes up with additional samples, expedited test results / report, etc. Pay is commission based from the job total. Job will start as part-time, with the ability to go to full-time as time goes on. The average pay per inspection comes out to about $175.
