Position: Warehouse Management Location: Phillipsburg PA Job description:- Immediate troubleshooting and workaround/resolution of issues related to Fast Retailing Warehouse Management Systems (FRWMS). There are 2 systems running in the warehouse: DC (Retail) and EC.
- Multiple vendor coordination for other systems used in the warehouse (for both issue escalation/resolution as well as continuous improvement efforts)
- Material Handling/Automation systems
- Bag Packing System
- Uniqlo Inventory Management System (DC/Retail)
- Order Management System (EC)
- Monitoring of known-issues from upstream systems and providing timely next steps to the responsible teams.
- Example: Invalid order data from upstream needs to be investigated, summarized, and possibly requested for order cancelation.
- Analyze operational difficulties and propose system-driven operations improvement
- Documentation - knowledge base articles, user manuals/job aids
- Desired skills:
- Basic SQL which is useful for faster troubleshooting and for any manual data requests from the operations team.
- Problem solving / logical thinking / sense of urgency when dealing with issues
- Retail/Supply Chain Experience not required but preferred
- Please Note:
- Training will be provided for onboarding the resource
- Expectation is to work Monday-thru Friday - 9 am to 5 pm ET
- Minimum 3 days on site is required
