DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer calls for inquiries, sales, and customer service.
Process orders and inquiries.
Resolve product or service problems.
Provide communication link between customers and other company departments.
Perform all customer service related tasks, such as quotations and order entries.
Assist customers with product selection and pricing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly.
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Mac.
Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy, initiative and follow-through.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of gas & oil, construction, and/or manufacturing a plus
Knowledge of NetSuite a plus
