Our client, a growing supplier of innovative software solutions, has an immediate need for a Customer Support Specialist. This individual will responsible for assisting customers in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their usage of our client's world-class software product, as well as conducting new user training via screen sharing software. - Work directly with customers either by telephone or electronically to respond promptly to inquiries, requests, or concerns.
- Direct any unresolved issues or requests to the designated resource, when needed.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions, as well as actions taken.
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution/satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams on product or service improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience
