Construction Project Coordinator

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15220 (ONSITE)

The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs.

Job Responsibilities:· Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris· Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs· Manage funding request/purchase order· Liaise with Stakeholders· Point of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales· Provide reporting for next level management· Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed

Job Requirements:· Experience in residential survey and cost estimation, communication on survey results.· Experience with SDU (single dwelling unit) including communication on residential SDU projects· Understanding of coaxial plants and the construction planning that goes into such plants· Solid computer skills· Knowledge of Desktop Survey experience
