We're looking for an Application Support Lead to direct a team of engineers in service disruption response and resolution. This is a great opportunity with an organization at the forefront of its industry.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Application Support Lead: - Help drive root cause analysis for production issues
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve service disruptions
- Identify, define, and implement monitoring and automation solutions
- Create and maintain support documentation and procedures
Requirements of the Application Support Lead: - At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience resolving issues and restoring services in a production environment
- Experience setting up application monitoring for early issue detection
- Experience scripting with Perl, PowerShell, Bash, and Python
- Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical SLAs
- Financial services industry experience a plus
