- Needs to have hands-on experience - or at least a level of technical understanding to provide technical direction to Cloud Engineers
- Needs to have troubleshooting ability. Demonstrate thought process on how they would approach an issue – such as a performance issue
- Needs to have experience with DevOps
- Need someone who has broader Azure experience – including Kubernetes and some solid container experience.
