We are currently hiring an Business Analyst Remote . Responsibilities:Interpret Fed regulations and analyze how it applies to data and Regulatory submissions of clientAnalyze how the data is organized within Client for various banking products.Participates in identifying and evaluating systems to meet business requirements.Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed.Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the bank's and unit's risk appetite and risk management framework. Required Skills
- 3 - 8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Financial analysis or modeling for Asset Liability Management, Treasury Management, Credit Risk Management or Regulations
- Working knowledge of Banking, Financial market products with ability to analyze Regulatory implications of all on and off-balance sheet activities.
- Working knowledge of various asset classes like Commercial/Retail loans/leases, Derivatives, Securitized Assets and Equity would be a plus.
- Good understanding of the Capital and Liquidity regulations for Banks in the US
- Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases
- Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI.
- Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve business results.
- Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements
